“The entire visit really exceeded my expectations. The reason I was there was due to a fall and my overprotective husband insisted that I get my wrist looked at. The young woman who checked me in was efficient and went out of her way to help me negotiate the whole computer check in when my phone wasn’t doing the job. The nurse was very kind and took care to make sure I was comfortable. Especially when putting on the wrist brace. The PA took her time and was thorough in evaluating my problem. And when my husband suggested that I should have a shot for pain, she wasn’t dismissive of his concern. Hopefully, I won’t need to, but if I ever require another emergency visit this clinic will be my first choice.”
