Level 1 $150:Prescription (if needed), any oral medications, any in house urine test, one swab, one injection

Level 2 $200: (Any of these trigger a Level 2 visit): Xray, 2-3 swabs, ear lavage, EKG, 2 injections, laceration needing only glue or tape.

Level 3 $290: (Any of these trigger a Level 3 visit): Procedure (for example stitches, abscess drainage, fish hook or splinter removal, fracture reduction) IV fluids or medications, more than 3 swabs
